These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products sold through weekndprojects.com ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Delivery

Our products are digital source code packages delivered via private GitHub repository access. Upon successful payment, you will be invited as a collaborator to the relevant GitHub repository or repositories. Delivery requires a valid GitHub account, which you must provide during checkout.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

  • Use the source code in unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • Modify, adapt, and build upon the code for your own purposes
  • Deploy the code to production environments

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code as-is or as a competing product
  • Share your GitHub repository access with others
  • Claim authorship of the original unmodified code

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Prices are subject to change, but any price change will not affect previously completed purchases.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Upon refund, your repository access will be revoked.

6. Updates

All purchases include lifetime access to updates. When we push improvements or bug fixes to a project repository, you will automatically have access to the latest version through your existing GitHub access.

7. Support

Each project includes documentation within its repository. While we strive to help customers who encounter issues, we do not guarantee dedicated technical support. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests within 48 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights to the original source code. Your license grants usage rights as described in Section 3, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the code will be error-free, meet your specific requirements, or be compatible with every development environment. You are responsible for testing and validating the code for your use case.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
